How do I connect after buying a plan?+

Download the GhostSurf app for your device from the Download page, then either sign in with your handle or import a WireGuard config you downloaded from your dashboard.

Where do I get my VPN credentials?+

Open your dashboard, find your VPN account, and use “Show credentials”. You can also change the VPN password or auto-generate a new one at any time.

How do I download a WireGuard config?+

In your dashboard, pick a server from the dropdown on your VPN account and click “Download .conf”. Import that file into the official WireGuard app or the GhostSurf app.

I lost my password. What now?+

Use your one-time recovery key on the Recover page to set a new password. We hold no email or identity, so the recovery key is the only reset path.

How do I renew or buy another plan?+

Use “Renew” on a VPN account in your dashboard, or “Buy another plan” to pick a new subscription from the pricing page.
